Our sustainability efforts aren’t focused just on our products – we ship with reusable and 100% recycled carton cylinder. We offer Free Shipping and Free Returns for orders placed within the European Union. Typical transit time is 2-10 days including weekends.

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands (Free shipping) – 2 to 3 days

Other European Union countries, Switzerland, United Kingdom (Free shipping) – 3 to 5 days

Countries outside the European Union (€5,99) – 5 to 10 days

Need to change your shipping address?

We try to get our orders packaged and send to you quickly after they are placed. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed; unfortunatley we are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses. We will do our best to change the shipping address; however, depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed this might not be feasible.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be mailed within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. We offer free returns on European Union orders.

We are not liable for lost packages without tracking. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records. Nya is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.

Exchange Requests: Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange and send it to you with no additional shipping charge. Please allow approximately 7 days for processing.
